West Park Parent’s Day Out exists to educate and nurture children emotionally, socially, physically, and spiritually through a curriculum of age-appropriate activities.
Mission Statement: We exist to serve our church family and other families throughout the community. We desire to glorify God by telling children from the earliest age about Jesus and teaching the truths of God’s Word.

We are classified as a Parent’s Day Out program, and therefore, are not required by the State of Tennessee to be licensed. We closely, if not completely, comply with licensing regulations, and in many cases, exceed requirements.
Our one- and two-year-old classes use Scripture Bites Thematic Units for Preschool from Standard Publishing. Our three-, four-, and five-year-old classes use The Gospel Project, Wee Learn, Bright Beginnings, Standard Publishing, and Scholastic curriculum. They combine to prepare children for kindergarten while implementing a Christ-centered Bible story, theme and character trait each week. Teachers supplement this curriculum with activities that meet the specific needs and interests of the children. We offer a Spanish and Music class each week to children ages two and above (school year only).
The learning environment is balanced between center teaching and large group activities. We strive to prepare children socially and academically by training children to willingly obey, carefully listen, and establish good habits in thinking, organizing and analyzing.
