Day 11 – Psalm 20:5-7

5May we shout for joy over Your salvation, and in the name of our God set up our banners! May the Lord fulfill all your petitions!
6Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven with the saving might of His right hand.
7Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.

Prayer of Reflection:

“Father God,
Knowing that we are pilgrims traveling in enemy territory, remind me daily that You hear and answer every request I bring to You. Satan comes to rob me of my joy every day. But, I will turn to You with praise, and I will rejoice in You always, for You have given me the great gift of Salvation. I will raise my banner of the victory that You have given for my family, friends, and neighbors to see as I tell of the great God I serve. I will continually shout all glory, and praise, and honor to You, the great God of the universe!

“For You hold all power over the evil one. It is by Your powerful hand that He is destroyed. It is in Your strength I rest, knowing You hear and answer my every prayer, for when I am weak, You are strong.  I put all my trust in You and in nothing of this world.  I know Your banner over me is love.

THERE IS NO JOY
THERE IS NO LOVE
THERE IS NO HOPE
THERE IS NO VICTORY
EXCEPT IN YOU MY GOD

“I bow in humble adoration putting all trust and faith in You, the One who raises me up in victory now and forevermore…to You be all honor and glory! Amen.”

Lord, thank you for continuing to answer my prayers and letting me know I can always call on you. You are ever with me and I don’t walk alone. Amen
