Facility Use Reservations

GUIDELINES:
The person requesting the space and the honoree must both be members of West Park.
A fee of $200, payable to West Park Baptist Church, is due one week before the event.
Facility use requests must be received a minimum of 14 days before the event and no more than 60 days before the event.
