Flavors of Fall
Nursery – Middle School families are invited to join us for our annual “Flavors of Fall.” Come to the gym on October 21, from 10:00am-1:00pm for a morning of fun! There will be a soup cookoff, pumpkin patch, hayride, craft stations, games, and more. The cost is $20 per family, and the first 25 registrants who wish to enter into the soup contest are free.
When: October 21

Year-Long Events
Awana
Awana is a unique program designed to reach the hearts of boys and girls for Christ from age 2 all the way through 6th grade. A goal of Awana is to teach boys and girls who God is as: Creator, Savior, King, Helper, Friend, and Lord. Awana’s foundation is its relentless devotion to seeing boys and girls learn God’s infallible word captured in the Bible (2 Timothy 2:15). Awana also offers lots of fun and fellowship for the boys and girls.
When: Wednesdays during the school year

DivorceCare
DivorceCare is a 14-week, Christ-centered, video-based ministry designed to reach and help people who have known the loneliness, loss of hope, bitterness and anger, feelings of rejection and shame, fears of the future, and the daily exhaustion that comes from divorce.
When: Wednesdays, beginning August 9, 2023
Where: Modular B-1

Equipping Classes
Equipping Classes are held on Sunday mornings at 9:15am. We offer six tracks that help you strengthen your faith and connections with others. During the summer months, we offer two tracks. Choose a track that interests you and register. You are free to change tracks at any time.

GriefShare
If you have lost someone close to you, we hope you will consider joining us for the GriefShare support group. This 13-week, video-based study provides practical steps to help you move through grief while providing the opportunity to form friendships with others who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

Renewal
Renewal is a ministry that works directly with those who are struggling with life-dominating sins of any kind. Willpower only goes so far. A transformed heart and mind is the lasting change that’s needed to overcome sinful patterns of behavior. We meet on Monday evenings in The Hub. We start with a home-cooked meal and then break out into groups. Dinner and childcare are provided.

S.A.L.T. Luncheon
The S.A.L.T. Luncheon is a regular gathering of West Park’s Senior Adults and stands for “Senior Adults Living Triumphantly.” Each event has two components, a delicious meal and a unique program. Join us on the second Tuesday of each month at 11:30am in the Gym.

WP Moms
We will have 8 meetings throughout the school year rotating Friday mornings and Thursday evenings. We’ll have a catered meal, fellowship, followed by a guest speaker or a panel of speakers of seasoned moms. They will speak on topics relevant to the struggles today’s moms face and present the topic through a biblical lens.
